Hear Here presents sound events in alternative spaces as a way of activating creativity inviting the audience to experience sound in different ways and to use shared spaces as "living art” for the audiences and performers to immerse themselves in.

Operating out of Toronto for many years before relocating to Banff Hear Here has presented concerts in yoga spaces, movie theatres, ocean-side bunkers, bars and barns as well as traditional concert venues

Past Hear Here projects include Sounding the Body at the Music Gallery in Toronto, Music for a Hot Summer Night at Artword Theatre in Toronto, Gradual Instant at Yoga Space in Toronto, The Green Pants at Artword Theatre and Toronto City Libraries, The Velveteen Rabbit at the Music Garden, Harbourfront Centre Toronto. Also Hear Here has performed at the Sound Symposium in Newfoundland, Hysteria Festival for Women in the Arts, and Tone Deaf in Kingston, Ontario.

Past artists include: Camille Watts, Bill Brennan, Kevin Coady, Lori Gemmell, Moragh Parks, Nicole Rose, Joe Grant, Yvette Tollar, Philip Lortie, Yvonne Ng, Karen Graves, Eric Chenaux, John D.S. Adams, Mitch Lewis, Rob Power and Katherine Duncanson.
